Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Hashbnm India LLP ("hashbnm", "we") collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to visitors of hashbnm.co and to clients we work with.

1. What we collect

• From visitors — basic analytics: page views, referrer, device type, approximate location (city-level). We do not use advertising trackers.
• From the contact form — your name, email, company, the service you're interested in, budget range, and your message.
• From clients — information needed to deliver the engagement: contact details, access to your systems (granted by you), billing and tax details (GSTIN, PAN, address), and correspondence.
• From payments — we do not store card numbers or full bank details. Payment data is handled by our payment gateway (Razorpay) under their PCI-DSS compliance.

2. Why we collect it

• To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals.
• To deliver services under a signed SOW.
• To issue invoices and maintain tax records as required by Indian law.
• To improve our website and services.

3. Legal basis

We process personal data based on your consent (when you submit a form), the performance of a contract (when you engage us), and our legal obligations (tax and accounting records).

4. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't convert — deleted after 12 months.
• Client records — kept for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years, as required by Indian tax law.
• Analytics — aggregated and retained for up to 24 months, then deleted.

5. Who we share it with

• Service providers — email (for sending invoices and updates), accounting (for bookkeeping), and our payment gateway (Razorpay). Each provider is bound by a contract that limits their use of your data.
• Creators — in influencer campaigns, we share the minimum information needed for a creator to deliver content for your campaign (e.g., brief, product details). We do not share your customer data.
• Legal — if required by law or a valid court order.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with advertisers.

6. Your rights

You can request:

• A copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion of your data, where we are not legally required to retain it.
• Withdrawal of consent for processing that relies on it.

7. Security

Access to client data is restricted to named team members on a need-to-know basis. We use encrypted storage and transport (TLS) for all data in motion. Client system access is revoked at the end of an engagement.

8. Cookies

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for analytics only. No third-party advertising cookies are set. You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting the usability of this site.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
