Replaced a spreadsheet-based loan approval flow with a web app. Cut average approval time from 3 days to under 4 hours. Built in TypeScript, deployed on AWS.
Sourced 22 creators across Instagram and YouTube for a product launch. Tracked promo-code redemptions and attributed ₹38,00,000 in direct sales over 6 weeks.
Reworked tracking, rebuilt landing pages, and restructured ad accounts. Cost per qualified lead down 41% over two quarters at the same spend level.

03 — How a project runs
A 30-minute call to understand the problem. We send a written scope and fixed price within 3 working days.
You approve the scope. We sign a short agreement and raise the first invoice. Work starts after the advance is cleared.
You see progress every week. No month-long silences. You can change direction at any weekly checkpoint.
Code, docs, and access are handed over. We do a 2-week support window after launch at no extra cost.
