hashbnm started in 2023 as two engineers and a marketer who were tired of agencies that oversold and underdelivered. We stayed small on purpose — senior people, direct access, no account managers in between you and the work.
What we believe
Most agency work fails in the same way: unclear scope, unclear ownership, and reports designed to look busy. We do the opposite. Every project has a written scope, a named person responsible for each piece, and reports that show what changed and why.
We don't take work we can't do well. If a project isn't a fit, we'll tell you on the first call and point you to someone who can do it better. That's the whole pitch.
Who we work with
Most of our clients are Indian startups and growth-stage D2C brands, with a few B2B SaaS companies mixed in. We work best with teams that have a real product, real customers, and a specific problem to solve — not teams looking for a "partner" to figure things out for them.
We don't work with gambling, adult content, or get-rich-quick schemes. We also don't take on work that requires us to lie about what a product does.
